2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. ko1234 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all real-money activities. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds held will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, net of any winnings generated during the period of underage use.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your place of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been self-excluded or placed under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order — whether issued by ko1234 or any affiliated platform — are not eligible to register a new Account.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to use the Platform under any circumstances:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different name — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. The Company is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to provide correct details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. The Company will treat any activity carried out using your Account credentials as authorised by you unless you have previously notified the Company of unauthorised access.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Company immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. The Company will take reasonable steps to suspend the Account pending investigation.
3.5 KYC Verification. The Company may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Standard documentation includes a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a photograph, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.
4.1 Accepted Methods. ko1234 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata bank transfers; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All channels are denominated in IDR. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.2 Processing Times. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within five minutes during normal operating hours. E-wallet deposits are credited in real time in the majority of cases. The Company is not responsible for delays attributable to the sending bank or e-wallet provider.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
4.4 Deposit Limits. The Company reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the account level. Players who wish to increase their deposit limits may contact the support team. Players may also voluntarily set reduced deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings, as described in Clause 8.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ko1234 Account holder. The Company will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit purposes on the same Account.
5.2 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The Company may process withdrawals below a stated threshold without full documentation, but reserves the right to apply full KYC verification to any withdrawal regardless of amount. Withdrawal processing will be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.3 Processing Times. Once approved, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. The Company aims to complete all approved withdrawals within 24 hours of the request being submitted.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed on the withdrawal page. The Company reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice. Players wishing to withdraw amounts above the standard limit in a single transaction should contact support in advance.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before the Wagering Requirement is satisfied will result in the automatic forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds, with only the real-money portion of the Balance released.
6.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives made available by ko1234 are governed by these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 One Bonus Per Household. Promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to withhold bonus awards where it reasonably suspects that a player is attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different Accounts.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, the specific multiplier for which is stated in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, only bets placed on eligible games contribute to the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — consult the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated at the time of the award. If the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated period, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. Systematic exploitation of platform errors, bonus offers, or promotional mechanics — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, and matched betting schemes — constitutes abuse and will result in Account suspension.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed within the game interface or market listing. These limits may vary by game type, table, and account status. The Company reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any Account at any time without prior notice.

9.1 Company's Right to Suspend. The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
9.2 Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. The Company will process your closure request promptly and return any verified real-money Balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC verification.
9.3 Forfeiture of Funds on Breach. Where an Account is closed by the Company due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, and underage access — the Company reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account, including any real-money Balance. The Company will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond before exercising this right, except where immediate action is required to protect the Platform.
9.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that shows no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. The Company will contact the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Details of applicable dormancy fees, if any, will be communicated to the Player at that time and will not be applied without prior written notice.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the ko1234 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence over such content beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10.2 Prohibited Uses. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the fitness of any game for a particular purpose.
11.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Excluded Losses. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
11.4 Force Majeure. The Company shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performance attributable to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or acts of a third party.
12.1 Data Collection. The Company collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, transaction processing, KYC verification, and ongoing platform security. 12.2 Data Security. All personal and financial data transmitted to and from the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. The Company maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data.
12.3 Third-Party Sharing. The Company does not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketing organisations. 13.1 Right to Amend. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ko1234 holds its primary international operating licence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact the ko1234 support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the Company's licensing authority.
14.3 Language. These Terms are published and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translation provided for informational purposes shall not be binding and shall not affect the interpretation of the English version in the event of any inconsistency.
